RSN Associates was commissioned in July 2009 to undertake an evaluation of five constituent initiatives within a motorcycle campaign in Norfolk. The four initiatives were: Hugger’s Challenge, Safe Rider, PedSafe, Operation Hawk, and the use of a new unmarked police motorcycle. In addition, the casualty statistics were examined and compared with national and regional trends.
